A lot has been inked about Slumdog Millionaire already.
Also, I am late this time around - having watched the movie only yesterday - hence no reviews.
All I want to say is - we need not take things personally and go berserk every time a Non Indian comments on us, our culture, our slums, our middle class society, our petty thieves or our police.
The movie in no way attempts to degrade us. Yeah, maybe the scene with "we shall show you what America is like.." went a bit too far... yet, all in all, Slumdog is a masala movie and should be enjoyed in that spirit.
I absolutely loved the youngest Jamal - the cute Ayush Khedekar !
Way to go Kid !!!
