This is some very disheartening piece of news !
Despite our government's creative, sincere and committed efforts to cause heart burn and blood pressure, HC today brutally dumped the bright idea of dividing School Students on the basis of their Boards !
Kiska mooh dekh liya tha subah ko?
This might have been heart breaking for the Maharashtra Government.. tch tch...
Can you imagine how hard it might have toiled to come out with this "Eureka" like policy?
After all, normalization of scores is one hell of a tough job ! Who has the time, the energy and the will to overhaul the education system??
Might as well let the CBSE/ICSE brats pay for their stupidity of joining Central Boards !
Don't worry dear Government. Don't give up just yet.
Cheer Up. You will never go out of business !
You shall have many more chances to come up with even more childish/humorous/bone tickling/mind numbing policies and suggestions.
Till India is riddled with a stupid education system, illiteracy and insufficient opportunities, you shall continue to have many more field days.
Chalo then, ciao, till your next heart attack inducing suggestion.....
Jai Maharashtra !
Jai Hind !!

THis guys are nuts men...they come up with the idea at the last moment and drive student crazy.
Last year at the nth minute they came up with %ile formula now this one.
I think in any case SSC(my board too) syllabus is far outdated than ICSE/CBSE so they should concern abt that but no they just wanna please there voter by doing such natak.
Hope sanity will prevail.

I agree. The State Govt is indeed innovative as far as dividing people is concerned. Till now we were divided on basis of caste, religion, sex and now our school boards.
Hats off to Maharashtra State Govt.
@Anon - Thanks for stopping by.
@allthecrap - True. Yes, SSC board is too outdated. They should now have CBSE/ICSE across the whole nation and make the system more affordable. State Boards work because most people can't pay for CBSE/ICSE fees. I hope our govt. can address these issues in a more realistic manner than coming out with stupid policies.
@india unbound - Yes, we should congratulate them for their creativity, if for nothing else...
Hmmm.....Totally agree...
I dont knw frm where our govt get all those stupid ideas, that finally end up looking like a joker n we public end up feeling, Are we the stupids who take these ppl to power?
Kiska mooh dekh liya tha subah ko?
