All Talk and No Action

i really like this one. Had heard this first time by Amitabh Bachchan in one of his interviews. His father Mr Harivansh Ray Bachchan was used to say him when he was just a teenager.

The next line is:
"kyunki tab ye kaam kisi aur ki marzi se ho raha hota hai jo sab janta hai. Bhagwan ki marzi se." :-)

@ashkd - Yups. an amazing thought. Now that exams are over I plan to read more of Hindi literature poetry.
