Build a Villa in Italy for loved ones...
Learn Karate (have wanted to learn it since I learnt to spell K.. A.. R.. A.. T.. E..)
Sell authentic Indian Food in Hong Kong (Desi food begins and ends with Curries for them!)
Get a degree in criminal psychology...
Bake yummy cakes day in and day out...
Learn French...
Work in a Library for a living...

Aap khud ko under-estimate kar rahe ho...aap abhi kya kam ho jo aapko karate bhi seekhni hain?? kahen logon ki jaan ke peeche padhi ho?? ;)
It sound like a word of regret, but frankly speakly everyone is thinking that way... So that they can change their life a better way.

It's not about regret at all. On the contrary it shall work as a motivator...some goals to work for...
